We are partnering with a Singapore-headquartered conglomerate with a strong presence across the energy, resources, and chemicals sectors. The group has a proven track record of developing and operating large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across Asia.
The Role
As Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide legal support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and project development matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate cross-border contracts, including joint ventures, EPC and construction agreements, project financing, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support the groups operations and growth initiatives across the region.
Requirements
- 36 years PQE, ideally trained in a reputable law firm.
- Experience in any of the following areas will be relevant: corporate/M&A, projects/infrastructure, or banking & finance.
- Strong drafting, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.
