Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, strategic partnerships, and customer-facing contracts.
• Partner closely with sales, product, procurement and business teams to support commercial transactions and drive business growth.
• Provide practical legal advice on technology products, digital services and commercial initiatives across the APAC region.
• Advise on contractual risk, intellectual property, data privacy and regulatory matters relevant to the business.
• Support complex customer and vendor negotiations, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and legal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage external counsel and support broader corporate and compliance matters as required.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 8-10 years PQE.
• Strong experience gained from a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Proven background advising on technology transactions, SaaS products, software licensing and complex commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, fintech or digital businesses is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data privacy and intellectual property matters.
• Regional APAC experience would be advantageous.
