Legal & Compliance Specialist #ESY

Job scope:
. Monitor and interpret data protection laws relevant to the business

. Develop, implement and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, SOP for data breach incidents (data breach response and reporting procedures for regional incidents)

. Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data mapping

. Assist in drafting, updating and implementing compliance policies, procedures and controls

. Support the delivery of compliance programs to employees

. Support with drafting and reviewing of legal documents, contracts and policies

. Assist in legal and regulatory issues as required

. Support budgeting and invoice processing and other administrative support

Qualifications:

. Degree in Legal and/or compliance background

. Strong understanding of personal data protection laws, regulations, principles and best practices in the region

. 3-5 years working experience

. Meticulous, team player, proficient in Office Apps
