Job Description

Conveyancing and Real Estate

The conveyancing and real estate team handles both residential and commercial real estate matters of all natures for individuals and corporations alike.

Matters that we handle are:

Collective and en bloc sales
Sale or purchase of HDB property in Singapore
Financing and mortgages
Development
Ownership
Leasing
Due diligence and advisory
Valuation
Stamp duty
Government approvals
Tenancy agreements
Landlord and tenant disputes

Requirements

. At least 2 to 5 years PQE

. Good command of English, written and verbal

. Must have good interpersonal skills

. Conscientious and a team player

. Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude
