Legal Associate

Triangle Legal LLC is a commercial and corporate law firm based in Singapore specializing in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory and transactional work. We are looking for a NQ - 2 PQE Legal Associate to join our team.

Role Description:

The successful Legal Associate will be responsible for attending court for case conferences and hearings, preparing legal documents/contracts, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. The role is a hybrid role and combines both in-office work in Singapore with some flexibility for working from home.

Qualifications:

-Admission to the Singapore Bar

-Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues

-Experience in Legal Document Preparation and possessing strong Analytical Skills

-Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

-Experience in civil litigation, commercial, and corporate work is a plus
