A growing legal practice is looking to appoint a Legal Associate to support a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters across local and cross-border mandates.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters
- Support M&A, investment, financing and restructuring transactions where relevant
- Conduct legal research, due diligence and provide practical legal advice to clients
- Liaise closely with clients, counterparties, regulators and external stakeholders
- Manage matters independently while working closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions
Requirements
- Singapore qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 PQE
- Prior experience in corporate, commercial, banking, real estate or general transactional work preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
