A growing legal practice is looking to appoint a Legal Associate to support a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters across local and cross-border mandates.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation
• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters
• Support M&A, investment, financing and restructuring transactions where relevant
• Conduct legal research, due diligence and provide practical legal advice to clients
• Liaise closely with clients, counterparties, regulators and external stakeholders
• Manage matters independently while working closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions

Requirements

• Singapore qualified lawyer with approximately 1–5 PQE
• Prior experience in corporate, commercial, banking, real estate or general transactional work preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates from law firms with exposure to regional or cross-border work are encouraged to apply
