Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate (Corporate, Commercial & Technology)

INFINITUS LAW CORPORATION is a full-service medium-sized law firm with a well-established corporate and commercial practice in Singapore. We are currently seeking to employ motivated, dynamic and diligent lawyers to join our Corporate, Commercial and Technology department.

Role requirements

• Qualified lawyer with up to 7 years post-qualification experience in Singapore, preferable in advising and drafting agreements for investments, joint ventures, M&A and other corporate and commercial transactions. More experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Legal Associate position.

• Candidates must have good academic record, and good drafting and effective communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
