Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for a Legal Associate specializing in Real Estate and Conveyancing. The Legal Associate will be responsible for the preparation and review of legal documents, providing advice on legal issues, conducting in-depth analysis of cases, and assisting in real estate and conveyancing matters. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients and team members to ensure satisfactory outcomes and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Conveyancing practices
• Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and reviewing contracts
• Strong Analytical Skills for case analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• A law degree from a recognized institution and eligibility to practice law in Singapore
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Post-qualification experience in real estate or conveyancing will be an added advantage
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in delivering legal services
