Corporate Associate (Energy & Infrastructure focus)
This is a Corporate Legal Associate position for an international law firm with a market-leading practice within Energy and Infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team, advising on a sophisticated range of matters including:
- Sector-Specific Mandates: Acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and specialist energy/infrastructure contracts.
- Industry Breadth: Generally focusing on Energy Transition and Conventional Energy, there are also opportunities to engage with clients in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Tech, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Lawyer: English or Singapore law qualified (other Common Law jurisdictions with extensive English law experience will be considered).
- Sector Expertise: Strong experience in Energy/Renewable Energy
- Technical Excellence: Diligent, commercially astute, and capable of handling complex acquisitions and disposals.
- Client-Centric: A proactive communicator with a strong service-oriented mindset.
