Legal Associate, Litigation

Ling Law Corporation is looking for a Singapore-qualified Legal Associate with 0 to 2 years PQE to join our litigation practice. Newly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

Our matters are varied, often unusual and rarely boring. Recent work includes military court trials and appeals, complex matrimonial disputes, scam and money laundering prosecutions involving cryptocurrency and cross-border movements, shareholder disputes, contentious estates, employment disputes, protection from harassment matters, insolvency and commercial claims.

The Role
Depending on your experience, you will be involved in:
. analysing evidence and developing case strategy
. legal research
. drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence
. client conferences and witness preparation
. preparing for hearings, trials, mediations and negotiations and
. Court attendances and advocacy.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and receive supervision and guidance.
