Legal Associate in Commercial Litigation Practice

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Management of legal files to deliver quality work within stipulated deadlines
• Active coordination and interface with clients to ensure smooth workflow and that clients are promptly updated
• Providing assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day work
• Dealing with any other related tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years PQE
• Relevant experience gained at top tier firms in cross-border disputes. Some experience in insolvency and regulatory investigations will be a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
