Legal Associate (General/ Commercial Litigation)

• Monday to Friday, 5 days work week

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate based in Singapore. The Legal Associate will handle daily responsibilities that support the firm's legal services, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research and analysis, liaising with clients and other legal professionals, and providing assistance on various legal matters as required.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of Singapore law and the legal industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to maintain client confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a reputable law firm
