Legal Associate, Family & Divorce

Harry Elias Partnership LLP is currently looking for a qualified legal associate to join our Family & Divorce Team.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years PQE Singapore qualified lawyer
• Analyzing briefs to identify issues to be addressed, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting civil/commercial agreements, and drafting court documents including pleadings, legal submissions and affidavits.
• Corresponding directly with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice on ad hoc basis.
• Attending pre-trial/case conferences and interlocutory hearings.
