Legal Associate (Convenyancing)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Conveyancing Lawyer to join our practice. The successful candidate will handle conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions, refinancing, and related property matters. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage files independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters

• Manage sale and purchase transactions, refinancing, and redemption matters

• Draft, review, and prepare conveyancing documents and agreements

• Liaise with clients, banks, agents, and relevant authorities

• Conduct legal research when necessary

• Attend to clients and provide legal advice on conveyancing matters

• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification

• Qualified to practice law in Singapore

• Experience in conveyancing practice preferred

• Familiar with conveyancing procedures and documentation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
