The candidate will support the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1) Legal
- Draft, review and negotiate contractual, corporate and other legal documentation in close consultation with business and represent business in legal and contractual negotiations
- Review and advise on internal legal, corporate and compliance policies and procedures
2) Compliance
- Support APEX Group's regulatory compliance work
- Develop, maintain and implement compliance training program
Requirements:
- University degree in law from reputable institutions
- Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 1 year experience either in private practice or in-house
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player
- Compliance experience in financial institutions will be an advantage
