[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, Enterprise Transformation in the School of Business & Accountancy.
[What you will be working on]
- Programme Design, Development & Delivery
- Design, develop and deliver programmes in areas such as organisational change, job redesign, and enterprise transformation for both PET and CET courses.
- Develop appropriate applied learning resources, case studies, and toolkits for learners and enterprises.
- Supervise student projects and internships with industry partners.
- Consultancy & Corporate Engagement
- Lead/Co-Lead projects in job redesign, workplace transformation, and change management for corporate clients.
- Partner with enterprises and industry associations to align consultancy and training with national initiatives.
- Engage corporate partners to develop sustainable long-term collaborations.
- Other Responsibilities
- Counsel and mentor students to support their learning and personal development, provide education and career guidance, and coach them for competitions.
- Undertake academic-related administration and committee work, support outreach activities and study trips, and ad-hoc projects that support the school's mission.
- Contribute to school-level projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong background in job redesign, organisational development, change management, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven experience in consulting, workforce transformation, or applied HR solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver courses including for adult learners.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and use of consultancy frameworks.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
