Job Description

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Lecturer for Graphic Design to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective academic support to the School in teaching and maintaining academic standards
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and asynchronous learning activities across diverse student groups, including international cohorts where required
  • Design, administer, and mark coursework and examinations in line with academic requirements
  • Review and ensure the quality and standardization of examination papers within the area of specialisation
  • Periodically review and enhance programmes to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with industry needs
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate teaching and learning materials to support programme outcomes
  • Develop and implement online and blended learning strategies
  • Support the Assistant Director (Academic) in identifying and developing new programmes for school growth
  • Assist in the development and management of academic partnerships and collaborative courses
  • Contribute to audits, inspections, and academic quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Masters/Degree Holder
  • 3-4 years of experience with Teaching experience preferred.
