Position:

Lecturer (Full-time)

Ability to provide high quality contribution to undergraduate and/or post-graduate programmes related to:

. Business and Management

Job Summary:

. Develop strategies for teaching, learning and assessments according to programme requirements

. Develop and prepare course materials and assessments

. Grade assessments according to the standard of examination and academic boards quality assurance

. Supervise projects / dissertations

. Participate in assessment moderation panel and curriculum development activities

. Contribute to programme management and administrative duties as appropriate

. Counselling and consulting with students

. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Academic Director/ Programme Heads

Job Requirements:

. Candidates must possess at least a recognized master's degree in the subject area or related discipline.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related subject area(s) or related discipline(s) expertise in the assigned subjects

. ACTA or relevant teaching experience and qualifications

. Excellent communication and presentation skills

. Dynamic, outgoing, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
