[What the role is]
The Lecturer will be responsible for promoting and expanding adult training courses, developing and executing marketing and outreach initiatives, leading digitalisation and process improvement initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of the training programmes. This role involves operations, administration, business development, digitalisation and process improvement and teaching to support adult education training. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, capable of engaging with adult learners and leveraging marketing strategies to enhance course visibility and demand.
[What you will be working on]
- Engage industry partners to offer industry-relevant CET programmes to meet their learning needs and drive enrolment growth.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach initiatives for CET programmes to drive programme awareness and learner recruitment.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of CET programmes and short courses in areas of planning, scheduling, admissions, setup, orientation, student progression, and feedback management.
- Lead and support digitalisation / automation / process improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for learning unit development, delivery, internship / project supervision, assessment setting and marking for both full time and part time courses.
- Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development.
- Contribute to school-wide events and activities.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned that support school's vision.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Business-related or IT discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, data analysis or process automation.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing tools, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI / Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and results-orientated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and adapt effectively to changes / requirements
