Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new leads by visiting industrial estates, and connecting with potential clients to secure leasing and rental contracts for our range of forklifts.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and conduct live demonstrations and test drives.
- To negotiate and finalize deals, including trade-in and hire-purchase agreements.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and handle the entire process from sale to delivery, including pre-delivery inspections and paperwork.
- Work with our aftersales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum diploma qualication
- Positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and earn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and be disciplined in managing your own schedule.
- Any experience in retail, customer service
