Job Summary

Source and negotiate lease terms with food stall tenants, manage tenant relations on leasing matters, and perform related leasing duties to support effective tenancy management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential food stall tenants to achieve leasing targets
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new leases and lease renewals
• Communicate proactively with tenants to address leasing inquiries and resolve tenancy issues promptly
• Perform assigned food stall leasing tasks to ensure smooth tenancy operations and maintain positive tenant relationships
