Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of leasing executives, mentoring them to achieve set performance objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to optimise occupancy and rental income.
• Identify and secure appropriate tenants that align with the retail environment's positioning and target audience.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants, agents, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and fit-out processes.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive tenant acquisition campaigns and mall promotions.
• Provide management with regular updates on leasing progress and conduct market analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of retail market dynamics, leasing strategies, and tenant categories.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, alongside proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret leasing and market data effectively.
• Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
