Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to drive occupancy growth and deepen client relationships within a fast-paced co-working environment, leveraging strategic sales leadership and community-building expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to exceed occupancy and revenue goals in a competitive co-working market
- Generate qualified leads through proactive networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and cultivating referral partnerships
- Conduct engaging space tours and deliver tailored presentations that effectively communicate amenities and community value
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to onboard new members smoothly and foster long-term client loyalty
- Analyse sales metrics and market intelligence to continuously refine sales approaches and strengthen competitive positioning
- Maintain regular client communication, gather actionable feedback, and lead process improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team by delivering on-the-job training, developing skills, and tracking performance using KPIs, such as conversion rates and space utilisation
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- Proven self-motivation with a hunter mentality and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Established network of relationships with co-working brokers and commercial real estate agencies
