DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
. Source for locations to support company's expansion plan
. Identify, develop and manage Company's business opportunities
. Identify potential new business opportunities by analysing business needs
. Prepare and conduct tendering for designs and provide critique upon submission
. Monitor and respond to tenders and request for information in a timely manner
. Handle lease negotiations and documentations for new leases, renewal or termination
. Any other roles/duties related to leasing, as and when assigned by the Management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma in Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Building Management & Facility Management / or equivalent.
. 1 to 2 years of related experience in property marketing and leasing or similar capacity.
. Well versed with commercial contracts terms and conditions
. Possess excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal and written skills.
. Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment independently.
. Possess positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
. Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind
. Good command of spoken and written English Experience in F&B chains and public or private tendering processes would be added advantage
. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
