Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management

  • Manage utilities including usage monitoring, tenant billing and collection, and payment processing.
  • Supervise the proper upkeep, good housekeeping and cleanliness of the campus (fortnightly inspections).
  • Monitor and follow up on daily manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations and timely improvement works where required.
  • Handle administrative matters for facilities management and operations, including procurements, permits and license renewals, raising PRs/POs, payment processing, utilities billing, and monthly reporting.
  • Assist with health, safety, security, pest control, and carpark management matters.

Leasing


  • Manage tenant relationships in relation to facilities management matters.
  • Support leasing, placemaking, and event activities, including tenant viewings, coordination, administrative support, filing, and billing.
  • Assist with marketing and management reports, preparation of minutes of meetings, and campus budget preparation (including papers and presentation slides).
  • Support lease documentation, records management, and related administrative matters.

Other Duties


  • Assist in management reporting and campus budget preparation, including reports, papers, and presentation slides.
  • Perform any other administrative or ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements


  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in leasing administration, facilities management, or property management
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • A reliable team player with a positive and proactive learning attitude
