Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Report to the Leasing Manager, you shall maintain an efficient day-to-day operation of assigned properties and perform leasing functions under SPM and work closely with Asset Management Team.

Principle Duties:

. Marketing and leasing of a portfolio of industrial properties under SPM

o Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)

o Prepare leasing documents

o Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices

o Manage tenant relationships, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions

o Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing

o Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System

o Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s

o Cold-calling prospective tenants

o Maintain proper emails and relevant paper trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms

o Seeking relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants

o Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
