Job Scope:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenant and trade mix.
- Manage all leasing activities, including enquiries, site viewings, negotiations, renewals, and lease documentation.
- Create marketing materials and internal circulars to support leasing initiatives.
- Stay updated on retail market trends to inform leasing strategies.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and monthly performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing events and enhance tenant relationships.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
- Good knowledge of the retail landscape and leasing best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease documentation.
