Job Description
- Walk the ground in campus as planned to fetch timely information for both leasing and operational needs / enforcement purposes. This may involve taking photos using candidate's own handphone (free WIFI) and download into the common folders.
- Supporting role in preparation of marketing materials and other work materials using MS Office software.
- Attend to general email enquiries from tenants using templates. Handling leasing enquiries from leasing email account
- Update and maintain tenancy schedules and other lease related documents under guidance.
- Reconcile audited sales report and update GTO rental billing under guidance.
- Track and send out regular reminders to tenants for rental arrears, utility bills, submission of audited sales and other documents under guidance.
- Support in tracking the status of tenants required submissions, keeping good record of documents.
- Assist in contracts management and lease documentation under guidance.
- Preparation of licence contracts and monitor licence expiries for vending machines, telco equipment and other licences and updating of leasing maps under guidance.
- Assist to compile operations related data collected from tenants such as frequency of servicing reports and payment charges.
- Perform basic checks and visit tenants/operators for contract related matters.
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks that may be assigned as when needed
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Contract - 3 months with 3 months extension if needed
Work Location: West, Singapore
Working Hours:
8.30am to 5.45pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am to 5.15pm, Friday
