Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure suitable locations for new retail and F&B outlets, aligning with market demand and expansion plans.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions while fostering relationships with landlords and real estate developers.
- Manage lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Monitor critical lease and license timelines for renewals and expirations, coordinating relocations as necessary.
- Oversee the conceptual design, renovation, and maintenance of stores to ensure they are visually appealing and functional, enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules while managing facility-related emergencies and conducting regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all outlets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, facility management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management.
- Strong grasp of lease agreements, property regulations, and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple leasing projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
