About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you are passionate about real estate, possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Arrange appointments for property valuations and viewings.

  • Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and generate tenancy agreements.

  • Assist with lease renewals.

  • Maintain and update tenant details in the Leasing System.

  • Prepare and submit monthly leasing reports.

  • Place advertisements in newspapers and on Property Guru.

  • Apply for new utilities accounts for tenants.

  • Prepare monthly occupancy reports.

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the Marketing/Leasing department.

  • Update and manage vacant unit listings and share them with co-broking agents.

We're Looking For Someone Who's

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Property Management or an equivalent field.
