- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team
- Maintain accurate leasing and marketing databases for smooth operations
- Prepare lease agreements, track lease status, and keep tenancy records updated
- Work closely with tenants, lawyers, government bodies, and other stakeholders on lease-related matters
- Support meetings through preparation of reports, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
- Monitor lease expirations and manage renewal opportunities
- Assist with onboarding new tenants, ensuring all documents and requirements are completed on time
- Handle financial matters including lease payments, security refunds, and follow-ups
- Record and reconcile sales reports and GTO billings when required
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's success
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Building Estate Management, Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup).
