Job Description

Lease Admin Executive manages the administrative and operational aspects of property leases, handling documentation, tenant records, payments, and ensuring compliance. Monitoring tenant's GTO and footfall through Tenant Management System (TMS) and People Counting System, and ensuring accuracy, acting as a crucial link between tenants, finance, and leasing teams to streamline leasing operations in all properties owned by NTUC Club.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Preparing, managing, and updating lease agreements, tenancy records, and supporting documents (ACRA, insurance)
  • Tenant Liaison: Communicating with tenants and solicitors on lease matters
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate leasing databases and marketing records
  • Financial Admin: Tracking payments, managing security deposits, and coordinating with finance for billing
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to tenancy policies and generating reports for management
  • Process Support: Assisting with case eligibility checks, handling legal documents, and supporting lease execution
  • Lease Lifecycle: Monitoring lease expiries, renewals, and terminations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer

Qualification & Other Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Leasing
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Adobe and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with property management systems (TMS, PCS) is a plus. On job training will be provided
