Learning System Support Officer (UI UX) (School Environment) (12 Months Contract) #NKC

Job Summary:
This role supports the school's learning and assessment needs by working with educators and administrators to enhance teaching, develop digital learning materials, and ensure smooth delivery of academic activities. The position involves creating instructional content, managing learning tools/systems, supporting examinations, and leveraging data and technology to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage learning applications, tools and devices to ensure smooth operations for classes, events and assessments.

• Work with faculty to develop learning materials such as lecture videos, eBooks, animations and online resources.

• Publish and update lecture webcasts, learning content and announcements on school/university platforms.

• Explore and implement new technologies (including AI tools), prepare user guides and conduct training for students and staff.

• Collect, analyse and present data to support teaching insights, usage tracking and outreach.

• Support school-wide programmes and initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc).

• Advantageous to have experience in:

  • Content creation (WordPress, Sway),

  • Video editing (Camtasia, Panopto),

  • Courseware/eBook tools (Articulate 360, Sway),

  • Learning systems (Canvas, online assessment platforms),

  • Data tools (Tableau, Power BI),

  • Analytics (Google/Youtube Analytics),

  • Graphic design tools (Canva, Visme).
