Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and curious Program Manager to join our team at the intersection of capability building and emerging technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing learning initiatives that help diverse audiences understand and leverage Generative AI tools. You will serve as a bridge between technical possibilities and practical, non-technical application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead 1-3 concurrent workstreams related to AI upskilling, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

  • AI Tool Adoption: Champion the hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) within the organisation translate complex AI concepts into digestible language for non-technical staff.

  • Facilitation & Engagement: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and focus groups for groups across various seniority levels, adapting communication styles to foster an inclusive learning environment.

  • Curriculum Support: Collaborate with subject matter experts to contextualise AI applications for education or workforce development settings.

  • Evaluation & Iteration: Use simple analytics and feedback loops to evaluate programme effectiveness, iterating content based on data and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

  • Change Management: Apply resilience and flexibility to pivot programme direction as new AI technologies emerge support teams through transitions using basic change management principles.

You enjoy helping others learn and are equally comfortable speaking with a junior executive and a senior leader.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • 1-3 years of experience in programme management, learning & development (L&D), capability building, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI) ability to contextualise AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills comfortable engaging diverse groups across seniority levels.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently.

  • Proactive and collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.

  • A curious and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their applications in education.

  • Resilience and flexibility to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and adjust programmes accordingly.

Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience in education, workforce development, or public service domains.

  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and ethical considerations.

  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Ability to use data and simple analytics (e.g., Excel, Google Looker, survey tools) to evaluate programeffectiveness.

  • Certifications or practical experience in training, facilitation, or project management (e.g., Training of Trainers, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2).
