The Asia-Pacific Business Unit is the most dynamic and diverse of the Group, as it operates directly in markets like China, Australia, India and Japan and in other countries, we bring the Campari experience through. Within the APAC region, we employ more than 400 Camparistas.
Winning in Asia is today one of Campari Group strategic priorities. As part of the increased focus and investment on the area, the regional office of the BU moved in 2020 from Sydney to Singapore, and we are creating a more APAC-centric regional HR team.
What is the role
The Regional Learning Partner, APAC role is part of the growing APAC regional HR team and will support the team in the deployment of Learning Programmes and Initiatives. These programmes can either be driven from the Global HR teams or developed regionally. He/She will be a key contributor to the implementation of the Learning & Engagement initiatives and will be a direct contributor to the personal and professional development of our Camparistas, the engagement of them in the workplace, and ultimately, the effectiveness in their role.
