The Asia-Pacific Business Unit is the most dynamic and diverse of the Group, as it operates directly in markets like China, Australia, India and Japan and in other countries, we bring the Campari experience through. Within the APAC region, we employ more than 400 Camparistas.

Winning in Asia is today one of Campari Group strategic priorities. As part of the increased focus and investment on the area, the regional office of the BU moved in 2020 from Sydney to Singapore, and we are creating a more APAC-centric regional HR team.

What is the role

The Regional Learning Partner, APAC role is part of the growing APAC regional HR team and will support the team in the deployment of Learning Programmes and Initiatives. These programmes can either be driven from the Global HR teams or developed regionally. He/She will be a key contributor to the implementation of the Learning & Engagement initiatives and will be a direct contributor to the personal and professional development of our Camparistas, the engagement of them in the workplace, and ultimately, the effectiveness in their role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Learning team to understand global initiatives and deploy
  • To execute learning needs analysis across APAC BUs and propose learning programmes to address specific needs
  • To work with HRBPs to understand learning needs from employees Individual Development Plan and propose programmes to address overall needs.
  • To work with Global Commercial Excellence team to ensure the commercial capability agenda is executed
  • Prepare regional communication plans to Regional/Country HR and employees with regards to learning agenda
  • Own learning administration via respective platforms such as Campari University, Catalyst, LinkedIn Learning etc.
  • To prepare reports of Learning data (eg, # of courses, # of participants, feedback suvey etc) for analysis and governance
  • To understand the current L&D ecosystem and ensure it is relevant, and communicated to employees. This includes working with external partners to deliver programmes required at local levels.
  • To support our learning delivery by building an internal culture of learning & training.

Who we are looking for

  • HR Professional with a keen interest in the engagement of employees. Preferably 8-10 years of experience.
  • Preferably has experience in both learning & development administration, and with employee engagement
  • Must show willingness to be creative and think outside the box, within a global organization with structured programmes.
  • Be able to facilitate learning and engagement sessions with employees
  • Keen to grow and learn and eventually take on a leadership role in the HR industry
