Learning Ecosystem Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and agile Learning Ecosystem Advisor to support the continuous enhancement of cross-functional learning initiatives and knowledge networks. This role operates at the intersection of academic development, organizational effectiveness, and future-oriented capability building. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based program design across diverse learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

. Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners to align learning strategies with organizational priorities.

. Design, implement, and evaluate integrated learning pathways that support both academic and professional outcomes.

. Facilitate the development and deployment of cross-border knowledge-sharing frameworks and curriculum advisory efforts.

. Support faculty, mentors, and content specialists in co-creating program models that foster interdisciplinary learning.

. Advise on the deployment of digital learning tools and scalable program delivery models.

. Drive ecosystem mapping and capability assessments to identify leverage points for continuous improvement.

. Conduct strategic reviews and provide advisory input for talent development pipelines and leadership learning journeys.

. Manage learning analytics insights and ensure alignment with broader institutional or partner outcomes.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Strategy, or a related field.

. 5+ years experience in a strategic education, academic advisory, or learning innovation role.

. Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate needs into programmatic solutions.

. Familiarity with blended learning environments, digital learning tools, or interdisciplinary curriculum models.

. Excellent communication, facilitation, and advisory skills.
