Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, includes responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at improving employee skill sets and organizational effectiveness. The Learning & Development Specialist will create training plans, develop instructional content, conduct training sessions, and evaluate their impact. This role also involves coaching employees, maintaining learning management systems, and collaborating with multiple teams to identify specific training needs. While the role requires physical presence in Singapore, there will be flexibility to work from home periodically.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training & Development processes, including program design and delivery
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and motivate participants
  • Experience in Coaching and mentoring individuals or teams
  • Project management and organizational skills to ensure training initiatives are delivered on time
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the IT industry or digital skills training is an advantage
  • Certifications in Training or Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP, Instructional Design certification) are a plus
