Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator / Training Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator / Training Assistant will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing learning initiatives, developing instructional materials, and supporting participants growth through coaching and mentorship. The role also includes maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of all training-related activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Proficiency in Instructional Design techniques and tools
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Coaching and mentoring individuals or groups
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to different cultural contexts
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a learner-centered approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications in learning and development are a plus
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship ecosystems or start-up landscapes is an advantage
