Partner with the business to understand the mandatory learning requirements, working with business to agree the prioritization and how the learning will be implemented with resource/budget available.
Managing and executing all aspects of training, including communication and administrative tasks.
Oversee the required mandatory training programs ensuring they remain aligned to appropriate standards.
Monitoring and evaluating training programs to continuously improve their effectiveness.
Manage the relationship with external training professionals brought in to develop and deliver training solutions.
Promote and advocate learning opportunities, across group audiences.
Requirements:
3 years+ working experience in a similar role (training or L&D).
Experience in competence frameworks and assessments.
Experience in EU funding for training considered an asset.
Experience in working in a manufacturing and unionized working environment (asset).
Experience in using HR/training software and O365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, etc.).
Strong understanding of adult instructional design, training methodologies, learning theory and principles.
Be people-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
Mandatory language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
