Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business or relevant.
- At least 10 years of full spectrum of L&D experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and writing skill
- Experience in working with Senior Management/HOD to develop the appropriate learning and development strategies.
- Experience in transformation projects leading to excellence in organisation culture or Learning & Development or HR practices
- Familiar with Skills Future and other Sectoral Competency Frameworks to identify growth areas for company employees
