Job Description

As an advocate for lifelong learning, you will be part of the Advisory Services team supporting initiatives that promote lifelong learning, upskilling, and career development across various platforms and touchpoints.

The role involves contributing to the development of training and advisory resources, as well as supporting process improvement efforts.

You will leverage insights from industry trends, operational data, and stakeholder feedback to support the continuous improvement of Advisory Services and maintain standards of excellence.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong interest in learning and development, and is comfortable with research, content development, and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of training materials, including presentations, guides, FAQs, and e-learning materials.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information for courseware and resource development
  • Identify areas for improvement in advisory service delivery (e.g. digitalisation, process optimisation, client engagement touchpoints, etc) and propose practical recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team

Requirements

  • Passionateabout learning and development.
  • Strongwriting and content development skills to create engaging and informativeworkshop content.
  • Diligent,resourceful, and responsible, with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Comfortable with research, and basic data or document analysis.
