Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth
- Identify training needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills gap analysis
- Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and experience levels
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align learning strategies with overall business objectives
- Manage training schedules, learning resources, and external facilitators to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Build and maintain a continuous learning culture by promoting development opportunities across the organisation
- Track and report on learning and development metrics to evaluate programme impact and drive continuous improvement
- Stay updated on learning trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging development methodologies
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
