Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth
  • Identify training needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills gap analysis
  • Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and experience levels
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align learning strategies with overall business objectives
  • Manage training schedules, learning resources, and external facilitators to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Build and maintain a continuous learning culture by promoting development opportunities across the organisation
  • Track and report on learning and development metrics to evaluate programme impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on learning trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging development methodologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided
