The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a passionate team which is striving to shape Arup's Learning culture and make a lasting impact on organisational development. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in L&D administration who is ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will help organise and deliver learning programmes and courses which support our people, primarily in the APAC region, and across the globe. You will work closely with colleagues, online and in person, to make sure everything runs smoothly, from planning sessions and managing logistics to tracking participant engagement and helping improve our learning experiences.
You will be part of a global Learning team which is shaping how learning happens at Arup, and you will gain valuable experience in programme management while working in a dynamic, international environment.
The Learning team is part of the wider Arup University group, which has team members located in offices around the world. This role will be located in the Singapore office, and the successful candidates will work virtually with different team members across all time zones. Flexibility to support meetings and events outside standard hours is essential due to the global nature of the role.
