Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential corporate clients and working professionals to present and market the organization's training solutions.
  • Assess clients business goals and development needs, then recommend suitable training programs.
  • Nurture and manage qualified leads through phone conversations, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR personnel, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Meet sales goals and performance metrics while supporting overall team success.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and take advantage of continuous coaching, guidance, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education sales, or corporate training sales is an advantage.
  • Applicants from education, training, enrichment, or service-oriented sectors are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Motivated, resilient, and focused on achieving results.
  • Confident communicating with clients via phone and messaging channels.
