Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a globally recognized organization to appoint a Learning and Development Specialist. This role is central to strengthening the organization's leadership pipeline by designing and delivering impactful development strategies that build learning and leadership capability across all levels.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will drive the design and implementation of an integrated leadership and people development framework aligned to business strategy. This includes creating structured learning roadmaps that support employees across key career milestones and ensure readiness for current and future roles. You will also collaborate with external providers to deliver high-quality programs, with a strong focus on learning effectiveness, application, and retention.
You will lead or support leadership and behavioral assessments and curate tailored development interventions for senior leaders, including executive education, coaching, and external forums. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will co-develop leadership content to foster a strong leader-as-coach culture and enhance engagement across leadership levels. In addition, you will continuously refine internal learning initiatives such as onboarding and continuing education programs to stay aligned with evolving business needs. You will also oversee the end-to-end execution of leadership learning programs, working with shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development. You will bring a proven track record in delivering impactful leadership learning programs, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business strategy into practical learning initiatives. A proactive, strategic mindset and strong project management capabilities are essential for success.
