About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support business leaders and teams by aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving performance, engagement, and culture while ensuring strong HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Support organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives
  • Lead talent management efforts including performance reviews, succession planning, and development
  • Collaborate with recruiting and learning teams to support hiring, onboarding, and capability building
  • Analyze people data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations
  • Support DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and people management skills

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence decision-making
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple business units or functions
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD)
