Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to build and drive our learning culture end to end — from identifying organizational needs to designing programs, owning the LMS, and driving adoption across teams.

This will be the first dedicated L&D role in the organization. You will build the function from the ground up, establish scalable processes, and partner with leaders and managers to make learning a continuous habit.

What You'll Own

Build the L&D function from scratch

• Define the L&D strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and learning frameworks.
• Build a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Leadership & Manager Development

• Design and drive manager effectiveness and leadership development programs.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and people management capabilities.

Drive Training Needs Analysis

• Conduct skills-gap assessments and stakeholder discussions to identify learning needs.
• Create role-based and career-stage learning journeys.
• Build learning calendars and curricula aligned with business goals.

Own the LMS end to end

• Evaluate/configure the LMS and own its content, structure, and administration.
• Drive LMS rollout, employee adoption, and manager enablement.
• Manage third-party learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
• Build dashboards to track engagement, completion, and learning impact.
• Own access, course assignments, certifications, and ongoing LMS operations.

Learning Analytics & ROI

• Explore AI tools for content creation, translation, personalization, and adaptive learning.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve the speed and quality of learning.
• Measure learning effectiveness through participation, knowledge retention, behavior change, and business outcomes

Design & Deliver Training

• Design workshops, e-learning, playbooks, and other learning content for employee capability.
• Facilitate impactful and engaging learning sessions across virtual and in-person formats, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve programs.

Own Onboarding & Learning Operations to drive employee capability.

• Build and continuously improve the employee onboarding journey, including Day 1 and 30/60/90-day experiences.
• Partner with HR, IT, and functional teams on onboarding and role-specific learning.
• Streamline Zoho workflows for onboarding, training assignments, tracking, and approvals.
• Act as the go-to person for all learning-related processes and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience working with learning analytics and measuring program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and modern learning technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Hands-on experience with LMS implementation and administration.
• Working knowledge of Zoho/Zoho People, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Comfortable exploring and adopting AI tools for learning and content creation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
