Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide system support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including:
  • Creating course items and classes
  • Maintaining and updating the course master list
  • Creating collections and updating staff learning histories
  • Enrolling staff into classes and assisting with data migration
  • Generating training application reports upon request
  • Respond to general staff queries via the learning support mailbox
  • Provide administrative support for codifying competencies into designated templates
  • Assist with the coordination and logistics of in-person training sessions, including:
  • Sending and tracking invitations
  • Managing attendance registration
  • Setting up training venues
  • Collecting and compiling feedback and evaluations

The Talent

  • Meticulous, service-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and its functions
  • Quick learners who are comfortable using new systems (experience with SuccessFactors Learning module is a plus)
  • Experienced in administrative and logistical support
  • Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
