Learning & Development Specialist 7 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Source, implement, manage, and evaluate learning offers (in-person, remote, in-house, or external) to align with business goals.
- Assess skill priorities, particularly in soft skills, leadership, and sales, to identify learning needs.
- Contribute to international learning projects aimed at enhancing the employee learning experience.
- Communicate and promote certifications and programs available through Learning Platform.
- Monitor learning activities through data administration, LMS management, and session follow-ups.
- Design or co-design learning content and facilitate internal leadership and soft skills development sessions.
- Manage and coach contributors to the learning journey, including subject matter experts, partners, vendors, mentors, and trainers.
- Partner closely with managers to develop and align learning offers to team and organizational needs.
Key Success Factors:
- Degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or Learning & Development.
- Pedagogical and/or instructional facilitation experience.
- Technical knowledge of LMS platforms and eLearning tools.
- Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theory, and coaching practices.
- Eagerness to learn and to propose innovative learning experiences.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
